Elkhorn Slough

The wild and wet Elkorn Slough, where eagles fly and angels fear to tread or something. Beautiful pristine wetland and perennial favorite for birdwatchers.  There's an old train track floating over the water, in a very 'Spirited Away' style, and I think they run an Amtrak through every once in a while.  The stacks in the distance are the Moss Landing Power Plant, the second largest steam plant in the world.  They burn gas to generate the electricity needed to power all the electric cars that people like to drive around the Bay Area.  

On the other side of the plant is The Whole Enchilada.  Get the marinated artichoke and some shrimp nachos.

Now I'm hungry.  Why don't I visit Chateau Grief?
